Tessa gave an invited talk at the Undergraduate Biology Education Research Gordon Research Conference in Maine, June 23-28. Her talk, entitled "Promoting educational reform in biology departments by bringing together department heads to tackle structural barriers" was part of a session about institutional and departmental reform efforts.
