Tessa had the chance to collaborate with colleagues who are leaders in educational development in centers for teaching and learning to write this paper. It reviews the available literature about co-teaching, provides guidance for co-teachers and leaders assigning co-teaching, and lays out an ambitious research agenda for investigating the impact of co-teaching.
