Tessa attended the Transforming Institutions Conference 2019 April 3-5 in Pittsburgh, PA. This conference was hosted by the Accelerating Systemic Change Network and brought together stakeholders in undergraduate STEM education reform. Tessa gave an oral presentation about the UGA DeLTA project. She also led a symposium about change theories relevant to STEM reform in higher education with collaborator Dan Reinholz. Tessa and Dan also led a discussion section about change theories.
