Graduate student Sandhya Krishnan will give a talk about work she has done with Systems Project prior to joining the Andrews lab, entited "Productive Negativity Underlying Formative Assessment In Game-Based Learning Of Science." She will also present her dissertation research in a poster titled, "The Success of Failure: Understanding Students' Perspectives on Failure in Science and Science Education."
Postdoc Katie Green will give a talk with her graduate advisor called “Navigating cultural borders: an evolution intervention in an undergraduate biology class.” She will also present a poster entitled, “Students’ epistemological thinking about sources of knowledge for controversial issues.”
