Andrews lab well-represented at the 2021 Transforming Institutions conference

Multiple members of the Andrews lab will attend and present at the virtual Transforming Institutions conference June 9-11.

Sandhya Krishnan will present a poster about the Teaching Evaluation Guides, a resource DeLTA created to support departments in moving toward more robust and equitable teaching evaluation practices.

Paula Lemons and Tessa Andrews will present a talk entitled, "Achieving department change through theoretically guided work with department heads: The DeLTA Project." We will discuss how DeLTA has convened and supported STEM department heads to work toward systemic change in their departments. Read the abstract here.

Dan Reinholz and Tessa Andrews will present a talk entitled, "A systematic review of change theory in STEM higher educational change efforts." We will discuss what our review revealed about how change theory is used in STEM higher educational change. Read the abstract here.
